Puerto Bahia Mountain Villa 36 is a 327 square meter mountain villa overlooking The Hotel Bannister and the Puerto Bahia Marina with panoramic views of the Bay of Samana. The villa is nestled into a terracing mountain slope that has a spectacular view of Samana Bay. The walkout terrace includes a private swimming pool, lush tropical gardens and a custom-built BBQ. Puerto Bahia 36 consists of two levels. The upper level is at the carport level and the main entry opens to a second-floor mezzanine that looks out to Samana Bay and down to the living area below.
