• Exterior painting of the villa, including the decoration elements – once in 2 years
• Swimming-pool cleaning, including the cleaning tools and chemicals – max. 3 times a week
• Lawn mowing and garden maintenance – max. 3 times a week
• Fumigation – monthly, against insects. Weed control – when necessary.
