From the road enter the impressive circular driveway lined with mature mango trees, coconut trees, half a basketball court and a covered carport next to the enclosed guardhouse. The oversized front door opens to reveal the tasteful interiors, 25 meter pool and the Atlantic ocean.

The property sits on over an acre of land, most of which is in the ocean front back yard. Here you will find a putting range, lap pool, BBQ area, covered tiki hut, a paved walking path along the ocean, a yoga deck, and 3 separate peaceful sitting areas. Down the hallway is the master bedroom facing the ocean with its large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, dual showers, enclosed toilet room, and separated vanity ideal for make-up. From the king size bed large wooden doors open to the private terrace and putting range.

While the home technically has 5 bedrooms, 2 of them are loft style bedrooms with 2 double beds below and 2 double beds above. These large loft bedrooms would be easy to enclose. Below the loft is an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

To the other side of the home is the kitchen, truly a chefs dream with its wrap around counter space and all the appliances needed to create delicious meals for a large group. Behind the kitchen are two more bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a staff apartment complete with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and pantry. This is especially convenient when hosting large groups so the staff has a place to wash, prepare their own meals, rest, and keep the home running.

From the kitchen walk out to an outdoor dining room that seats 8 and is surrounded by plants and the Colombian mahogany columns seen throughout the home. The main room is a beautiful sitting space with an antique grand piano from which you can see all of the impressive backyard.
